This hands-on, 2 day design course will teach you how to work around gemstones to design and create a piece of jewellery. You will extend your ability to integrate colour into jewellery design by exploring coloured gem stone combinations and their relationships with metals. A series of hands on sessions looking at stones and their properties and relationships with each other will deepen your understanding of real life design. You will also explore how colour has been used in the past and how future trends may impact uponjewellery design.
