Begin at the Bench

This 3 day course will provide beginners with the skills and confidence to work at a jewellery bench (using the professional tools, torches and components of the trade) and the chance to leave with a handmade, unique piece of jewellery.

Skills Gained:

You will learn a wide variety of skills that allow simple pieces of jewellery to be created, such as, using simple hand tools, soldering, filing and sawing, measuring and marking, using a pendant motor drill and metal polishing.

This highly exciting, hands on practical course is an ideal grounding in jewellery manufacture techniques. Your experienced tutor will guide you through the course and due to the small class size there is ample opportunity for individual feedback and support. The item you create is yours to keep*
