We realise that getting the best from training and development is a moveable feast, and that not everyone will want to study all modules of the courses that we have created.  Perhaps you want to 'cherry-pick' particular aspects of training to make the best use of your time and resources.

We can work with you to develop a completely customised programme, whether for an individual or a group, whether delivered at the Academy or a site of your choosing (subject to number of participants), whether over one or any number of days.

We will undertake a full Business and Training Needs Analysis to help you identify potential areas for development.  Identifying potential training options and giving you the best possible advice at no obligation, on a customised training programme.

For large organisations, or those with in-house training programmes, we can also fit any potential training around your existing programmes to ensure there is no duplication.
