Payments
Once you have completed your application you can email or post it back to us.
You will be required to pay in full for your chosen course(s) at the time of enrolment but we can offer the option to pay 50% deposit towards a course so long as the course start date is at least a month in advance of the date you pay your deposit. Any remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the course starting.
Payment may be made in cheque (payable to Holts Academy of Jewellery), cash or credit/debit card (all major cards accepted). If your company is paying for your fees, a letter of confirmation should accompany your application form on headed paper. The Academy will then invoice the company for course fees.
Trade Price
Our trade prices for courses reflect our continued commitment to support the trade, providing skills training at reduced fees. The price is only available for infdividuals and companies that can provide a company registration or VAT number and who trade or operate within the jewellery industry. The trade price does not apply to professional students.
Financial Support
The Academy can offer financial support in the form of subsidies for training. Please contact us for details as we may have a number of options available. Subsidies for individuals or businesses are subject to change and eligibility criteria as well as externally funded projects available at any given time.
If you are eligible and accept this funding, you will be required to attend the course(s) in full and complete all necessary paperwork. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full amount of the course.

Refunds
We regret that monies paid for full course payments or deposits can only be refunded if a course is cancelled by the Academy for any reason.
We regret that we are unable to provide refunds in cases of illness, personal problems, relocation or change of mind about courses. The Academy will, at our discretion, upon your request in writing, consider moving your course enrolment to a future course date, this will be subject to a £50 administration fee payable immediately.
