 "I was looking for apprenticeships when I first came across Holts Academy of Jewellery.  I didn't want to study a full-length degree or go to university - I wanted to learn some real skills that will carry me forward to the workplace.

It's now the end of my course and can't believe how much I have progressed.  I want to get into the industry as a designer-maker, eventually running my own business.  The Academy has been really supportive, helping me make useful contacts that led to a work placement.

I would recommend the course to anyone who wants to become a jeweller.  The industry is bigger than I first thought and I have been guided throughout.  It is fast-paced, exciting and an incredibly rewarding environment,  Holts Academy is a must!"
